About Jim Ehrman
Jim Ehrman, who has had a busy and varied career, traveled the nations doing leadership development within Youth With A Mission and numerous church networks. It was a journey that eventually led him to launch a YWAM training center in the shadows of Yale University, focused on the post-Christian worldview.
Jim went on to serve as Director of Global Ministries for the Evangelical Congregational Church. He later returned to Yale to lead a research center at Yale Divinity School focusing on the explosive growth of global Christianity. More recently he became the Executive Vice President and Dean of Evangelical Seminary and its Assistant Professor of Leadership and Culture.
He is now excited to serve as the Executive Pastor of Advancement at Ephrata Community Church and is the HarvestNet School of Ministry Director. Jim, Rachel, and their young son, Renner, live in Lebanon, PA. Jim has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Penn State, a Master of Arts in Religion from Yale, and is completing his doctoral dissertation at Eastern University on the topic of leadership.
